Website vs Telegram: How Jugaar Tech Wallets Work
Two ways to shop, two wallets. What moves between them, what does not, and how delivery and refunds work on each.
You can buy on jugaartech.com or in our Telegram shop bot. Both sell the same products at the same prices, but they keep separate wallets.
Which one to use
- Website: best if you want Purchase History, support tickets and the reseller API. Sign in with email and password.
- Telegram bot: best on a phone. No sign-up; the bot creates a wallet for your Telegram account when you press /start.
Balance added on one does not appear on the other, so top up where you plan to buy.
Delivery
On the website, the code appears in the checkout window and in Purchase History. In the bot, it arrives in the chat and stays under Orders. If a supplier is slow, the order shows as pending and the system keeps retrying until the code is stored. Do not pay twice for the same order.
Refunds
An order we cannot deliver is refunded to the wallet it was paid from. Once a code, link or login has been shown to you, the sale is final.
