Terms of service

1. Who we are

Jugaar Tech sells digital products for software and AI tools (coupon codes, upgrade links and ready accounts) through jugaartech.com and the Telegram bot @jugaartechbot. By using either, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

Keep your password and any API key private; orders placed with them are yours. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, for payments that are reversed, or for automated abuse.

3. Wallet and payments

  • Prices and wallet balances are in Pakistani rupees.
  • You add money by sending the exact amount on an invoice to our Easypaisa account and giving us the Transaction ID. We credit the wallet once the payment is confirmed on our side.
  • Money sent without an invoice, or for a different amount, may need to be matched by hand and can take longer.
  • The website wallet and the Telegram wallet are separate.
  • Wallet balance is for buying in the shop and does not earn interest.

4. Prices

Prices follow our suppliers' rates and can change at any time. The price shown when you pay is the price charged. The crossed-out vendor price is the software company's own list price converted at our rate, shown for comparison.

5. Delivery

Each product page states what you receive and how to redeem it. Delivery is usually immediate after you pay from your wallet. If a supplier is slow, the order stays pending while we retry. Some vendors ask for a card at their checkout with nothing due, or for other steps on their side; meeting those is your responsibility.

6. Refunds

  • If we cannot deliver an order, the amount goes back to your wallet.
  • Once a code, link or login has been shown to you, the sale is final. Digital codes cannot be returned.
  • If a delivered code does not work as described on the product page, contact us within 24 hours with the order number and a screenshot, and we will look into it with the supplier.

7. Trademarks

Product names and logos belong to their owners. Jugaar Tech is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, those companies.

8. Reseller API

API keys (jtk_live_…) let approved accounts list products and buy against their wallet. Keys can be revoked. Rate limits apply and abuse gets blocked.

9. Liability

We are responsible for delivering what the product page describes. We are not responsible for changes a software company makes to its own plans after delivery, or for losses beyond the amount you paid us for the order.
