Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email address, name and a password hash if you sign up on the website. We never see or store the password itself.
• Your Telegram user ID, first name and username if you use the bot.
• Top-up records: invoice number, amount, the Easypaisa Transaction ID you paste, and the last four digits of the sending number if you give them.
• Orders: what you bought, when, what you paid, and the code, link or login we delivered.
• Support tickets and the messages you send us.

What we do not collect

• Card numbers. You never pay us by card.
• Your Easypaisa PIN or login, CNIC, or any ID document.
• Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site uses one sign-in cookie and stores your session in your browser so pages load signed in.

How we use it

To run your wallet, match your Easypaisa payments to invoices, deliver what you bought, keep your purchase history available, and answer support requests. To confirm payments we may read the payment notifications Easypaisa sends to our own account. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing email.

Suppliers

When we buy a code from a supplier to fill your order, they get an internal order number and the product. They do not get your name, email, phone number or Telegram account.

Where it is stored

Account and order data is stored with Convex (our database provider). The website runs on Vercel behind Cloudflare. All traffic uses HTTPS.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your orders so you can find your codes later. To delete your account, email support@jugaartech.com or open a ticket from the email or Telegram account you want removed. We delete it within seven days, except payment records we need to keep for our own accounts.
